Исправлено: обрезка длинных имён + разделители между парами

- _pad_col теперь обрезает имена длиннее колонки (с многоточием)
- Разделительная линия (────┼────┼────) после каждой пары
- chunk_size кратен 3 (white + black + border)
- Очки выровнены по самой длинной фамилии
