Add event colors (Catppuccin Mocha) and read-only week view for users

Admins can now pick a color per event from a Catppuccin Mocha palette;
existing events default to blue. Colors flow through to both the admin
timeline and the new "Неделя" tab in the user view, which reuses the
admin's weekly grid in a read-only mode. Also reworks event blocks to
show a single-line "start–end title" so short events no longer overflow,
tidies the admin toolbar, and expands mobile responsiveness across both
frontends.

Enhance schedule retrieval in Telegram bot to include contextual prefixes for today and tomorrow. Updated get_schedule_for_date function to accept an add_prefix parameter, modifying the output text accordingly. Adjusted command handlers to utilize the new functionality for improved user experience.

Enhance date rendering in schedule script to include contextual labels for today and tomorrow. Updated renderDay function to accept flags for isToday and isTomorrow, modifying the title accordingly. Also, added versioning to the script source in index.html for cache management.

Refactor date handling in schedule script to ensure correct week calculations and improve error handling. Added validation for week start and end days, enhanced date formatting, and restricted date selection in task/event modals to current and next week. Updated navigation buttons to reflect current week status.
